February 7, 2024 – CtLC in Action

12:30 – 2 p.m. CT virtual

Charting the LifeCourse in Action Meetings are for anyone who is directly applying or implementing CtLC in their organizations or professional roles. It is an interactive peer learning collaborative that allows for hands-on learning, piloting, and identifying strategies for application and implementation. The CtLC in Action meetings are a safe space to talk about successes as well as challenges, where members can share their experiences, ask questions and receive peer coaching on implementing CtLC. The group is also the first to know about new products and provide their valuable feedback to the Nexus team. Meetings are currently held virtually.

Adult siblings can often find themselves in the “club sandwich generation”- caring for aging parents, siblings with disabilities, and their own children.

Join us for a statewide learning collaborative for adult siblings as we explore how Charting the LifeCourse can be used to help you plan for your caregiving roles both now and in the future.

New Diagnosis Good Life Groups Series

Join us for our new Good Life Group series, designed for individuals and families facing challenging or unknown diagnoses. “New Diagnosis” means something different for everyone. Whether you’re navigating a recent diagnosis or managing ongoing health complexities, our series using the Charting the LifeCourse framework will guide you through practical steps for planning, accessing resources, and building a strong support network.

March 6, 2024 – Stakeholder’s Meeting

Charting the LifeCourse Stakeholder Meetings gather individuals, families, and the professionals that support them to discuss things that are important to people in Missouri, to share information with each other, and serve in an advisory capacity to our network as we develop new products and expand our programs. Attendees represent a variety of abilities, ages, roles, and systems from all areas of the state.
