In the latest issue of Partnering Together, we put together ideas and resources to help you support your child dream big and attain their goals for employment with the help of integrated supports. This was frustrating, but it provided a chance for our family to stretch our thinking as well. We began to think about what his daily life could look like when he got out of school. That’s when we realized he needed to learn how to do things that would lead him toward being good at a variety of activities. This way, he could become employable in the things he loves.
