The life domain (from the LifeCourse framework) we will be focusing on next issue of Partnering Together (4.6) is Social and Spirituality

For issue 4.6 of Partnering Together, we will be zeroing in on personal relationships.  We’ll explore topics like:

  • creating opportunities for key life experiences that help build relationships
  • keeping people safe through relationships
  • fostering quality relationships throughout the lifespan

PT 4.6 will also feature columns from Real Life Experts. Each issue of Partnering Together features Real Life Experts who provide their perspectives on the various life domains and topics that we all face. Here are the questions from the Charting the LifeCourse: Experiences and Questions booklet that the experts will be answering.

Are you helping me learn to play by spending time playing with me? Are you helping me learn and practice how to take turns and play with other children? Do I have opportunities to connect with friends after school hours and on weekends? How will I maintain and make new friendships outside of school (especially if most of my friends have gone off to college and I have not)? What kinds of relationships do I have/want in my life? What opportunities do I have to make or maintain friendships and spend time with people who are important to me?

Look for the next issue of Partnering Together to be released in early February!
